I loved working with all sorts of different people and houses. The job is fairly flexible while it will also keep you very busy.
What I wish was different
The down-time and being busy is a double-edged sword where you are on call most of the time. The job requires a lot of traveling as well.
Advice
The more you seek to be busy and proactive, the more money you can potentially make. I worked my butt off the years I worked here and was rewarded handsomely for it.

Very friendly environment, fairly lax, with a modern building. Appreciated the security detail.

The KPI system seemed flawed. Also I felt like over the phone just wasnt for me, nothing on Vivint.
Advice
Don't work at Vivint if you have difficulties talking with stressed out people, who are likely to snap at you.

Going door to door during COVID sucked. George Floyd also put everyone on edge.

Sales is hard, but you learn people skills, dealing with rejection, and work ethic very quickly.
