I was able to lead and coordinate a sales team to hit goals and develop a highly competitive work environment. I was able to lead from the front and be among the top producers in the company.

Advice

Setting yourself up to be financially free, especially when going through school, doesn't only relieve stress but also allows for more opportunities to come your way. Making your money work for you is much easier than working for money.

There is no base pay it is 100% commision based and the hours are from 10am -midnight (usually)

I loved that day in and day out not only was i learning the skill of sales, which i believe is essential and crucial in any field you go into, i was being pushed out of my comfort zone and being shaped and stretched. It wasn't easy, but i did it with 100% effort and walked away with new valuable skills that i have recognized help me day in and day out now.

I loved how much money I made for how easy the job was and how little I actually worked

I wish I had a more strict schedule where I knew exactly when I’d be required to be on jobs instead of waiting all day everyday for a job to come in.

Make sure you choose wisely what manager you go with because they will make a huge difference in how your summer will turn out!
