What I liked

I really enjoyed the sense of community from being with my crew so often and having to help each other. Some ways we helped each other were with cooking, cleaning, packing, and personal support. I enjoyed the countless good memories and different places we traveled together to enjoy our time and each other's company.

What I wish was different

I wish there was a higher wage. I am a college student and to be able to save up a little more money would have been extremely helpful.

Advice

Be prepared to step outside of your comfort zone. Be prepared to lean how to overcome and community through interpersonal conflicts. Be prepared to ask for help in trying and uncertain situations. Be prepared to open up to your supervisors on different struggles you face at work, whether physically, emotionally, spiritually, etc.
