With over 135 years as a non-profit agency serving children and families in Minnesota, Washburn Center for Children is the state's leading children's mental health center, caring for a wide variety of children's needs such as: attention deficit disorders, trauma, behavioral problems, anxiety, learning difficulties and depression. Our mission is to nurture every child and family's well-being and full potential through transformative children's mental health care. All of our services are designed to develop skills, resolve problems and connect with resources to help the child be more successful at home, in school and in the community. Washburn Center for Children strives to integrate innovative research into program practice, implement meaningful evaluation methods and provide effective training and consultation for agency staff and community collaborators.
