I enjoyed the friendliness and collaboration exhibited by my team. I also appreciated the chance to work hands-on within an impactful, multi-year project within the business.

What I liked
At T-mobile, they really encouraged me to develop my skills and take on problems that would actually benefit my team. Throughout my internship, my team was very supportive in answering my questions while also giving me space to figure out problems.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more weekly meetings with my manager on what I was working on, as well as more time to work with other interns.
Advice
If you have a willingness to learn and work/life balance is very important to you, then you will find the T-Mobile environment very rewarding.

Software Engineer Intern
June - September 2022 • Bellevue, WA
What I liked
Very nice company, has a good work environment and friendly teams that are fun to work with. There were a lot of intern events and networking opportunities to meet other interns and executives.
What I wish was different
I wish communication from HR would be better, some things were confusing unless someone directly reached out to HR to clarify.
Advice
Be sure to always reach out to your mentor about any questions or concerns because they are here to help you with any problems you run into. Don't keep concerns to yourself and always reach out, there are many resources available to interns.
