What I wish was different
I got the return offer and started in June 2023. Unfortunately, they laid me off only two months after working there. There was absolutely no communication about this from leadership and I only found out by not being able to access the office that day. My manager got on a call with me later that day to let me know about the layoff formally and the procedure for termination.
