What I liked

I loved the ownership my boss gave me. He empowered me to take projects head on, and I grew so much because of his trust. Also, I appreciated the big learning curve I had to step into because it challenged me to ask questions, fail a couple times, and work harder the next time.

I wish there would have been more data involvement, but I enjoyed learning how the use of data worked together with other aspects of the business.

Advice

Its an open office, so just take the time to ask people questions and build relationships with them.
