I enjoyed that it was all remote, and for the most part I was speaking/meeting with people in my own personal network. The team environment was very supportive, and we were all working towards a good cause!
What I wish was different
I think the format of the work is similar to sales where you have to get people to agree to something, and that can be tough if you aren't extroverted. The pay was also commission based, so there were hours spent that were unpaid.
Advice
I would say really engage with the team because if you isolate yourself it can feel a bit boring.
