The pay structure, we were doing the same amount of work as a regular funiture sales associate but making less.
Advice
Stay focused everyda, all day there was a lot of down time between customers on some days and to be successful in this internship your need to stay focused on your short and long term goals for the summer.

Work-life balance was hard because you have to work weekends, holidays, and weird retail hours
