About Magnolia Hotels - Omaha

Formerly the Aquila Court Building, built by Chester Cook in 1923, the structure was designed to mimic the Bargello, a palace in Florence, Italy, in homage to Chester’s grandfather Aquila. Named to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974, the faces of George and Aquila Cook can still be seen on the front of the boutique hotel’s building today. Here, you’ll discover the inviting warmth of pure hospitality in the center of downtown Omaha.

A destination at the heart of the arts and entertainment district, the historic Old Market, Orpheum Theatre, Henry Doorly Zoo, Omaha Children’s Museum, Holland Performing Arts Center, Joslyn Art Museum and CenturyLink Center are all nearby for your enjoyment. Magnolia Omaha is also conveniently located near all major corporate headquarters and offices in downtown. With unparalleled and instinctual service complemented by artfully restored historic details and a modern flair, we look forwarding to welcoming you home.
