Grant Thornton provided an excellent internship program with many fun events, as well as a coach/buddy system that paired you with peers and mentors within your department. I was working on projects from my very first day and was doing work that felt both meaningful and valuable.

More variation in assignments (I was on the same project for most of the summer)

GT is a fantastic company to work for and they have a strong "people first" mentality that really shows.
