Founded in 1995 by Dr. John Elder, Elder Research is headquartered in Charlottesville, Virginia, with offices in Washington DC, Baltimore, Maryland, and Raleigh, North Carolina.
Our commercial experience includes analytic engagements for industry leaders such as Capital One, Solidworks, Hewlett-Packard, British Petroleum, GEICO, John Hancock, Oppenheimer Funds, Target, nTelos, DentaQuest and AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals. Our experience in consulting with the federal government includes multi-year contracts to provide analytics services to many agencies including the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Social Security Administration, the U.S. Postal Service Office of Inspector General, and others.
