What I liked

I had a great team I was working under. They value you my opinion and check in with my regularly to make sure if I have any questions they can answer them. They have given me a good amount of work and have challenged me. I have gained many skills from watching and listen them as well as doing actual tasks.

What I wish was different

I wish I would have more work within the first 3 months of my internship.

Advice

I would highly recommend this company and really advocate for yourself as to what you want to learn and be involved in. The more involved in projects the better.

I had a lot of autonomy in my long term projects and I got to work with a lot of our test engineers and assemblers to get my project done.

What I wish was different

More interactions with the customer and a variety of full time engineers would have been very useful.

There was a combination of hands on learning and crunch data. A perfect happy medium for a first internship There was an opportunity to learn something new everyday.

A rotation program between various roles throughout the department.

Advice

Try to do as much problem solving on your own, but it is still okay to ask for help. All the engineers appreciate interns that strive to learn new things. Don't be afraid to make mistakes.
